i found it through a google search ("log rack") and ordered it from amazon.com on 3/29, received it fedex standard on 4/1 afternoon (no kidding!), and just unpacked and put it together within a half hour using a small adjustable wrench and a tiny socket wrench (all by myself... if i didn't have the right tools, i'm sure this would have taken me two to three times as long to assemble).
easy peesy! i'm so impressed. nice, compact packing job and instructions, by the way. and both the metal structure and the 12" cover are really well made from quality materials.
one minor complaint: the holes for the nut/bolt closest to the welded crossbar is a teeny bit too close. even with my tiny socket wrench, i was barely able to get my tool in position... the socket was a little bit at an angle rather than straight on. i can only imagine that a standard size socket wrench might not be able... It took a little time to put together but was fairly easy for me to assemble with the tools I had on hand. I've had to move it once and it was easy to move. One of the end caps arrived damaged, and with one email to Woodhaven a new one was on its way. This is a very study rack and will last for many years to come. (Cover is however made in China.)
