Muraro - See all my reviews    This review is from: The Outdoor GreatRoom Company ALLURE-SV Allure Gel Fueled Table Top Fire Pit in Silver Vein (Lawn & Patio) I saw a custom made, very beautiful, Italian, gas, copper full sized fireplace with a spiraling flame in a glass tube and I really wanted one, but it cost $9,000; then I later saw an ad for this one and bought it elsewhere before Amazon carried it. This one is a smaller tabletop fireplace made from less exotic materials that does not have nearly the same effect when unlit, but the spinning flame is no less spectacular. It looks amazing when lit and puts out a lot of light and heat because the swirling flame makes it burn faster -- it is produced by a venturi effect in the air inlets. I bought 2 because they looked so good. At this price it is an extremely good value for a very unique addition to any patio. This review is from: The Outdoor GreatRoom Company ALLURE-SV Allure Gel Fueled Table Top Fire Pit in Silver Vein (Lawn & Patio) After reading the write up on this, I was expecting a little bit more. Works great once the flame gets going, but initially, the "turbo" swirl action of the wind from the side vents was constantly blowing the flame out. Had to block off 75% of each intake to control the force of the air. Also, the description states that one large can of gel fuel should last about 2 hours. In reality, the large cans of gel fuel only lasts about 45 minutes to 1 hour tops.
